What the site processes
When a page is requested, the hosting and security infrastructure processes technical request information, which can include IP address, requested path, timestamp, user agent and response status. This is used to deliver the site, diagnose errors and protect it against abuse. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site for this technical processing.
Contacting us
If you email or call us, we process the details and message you provide to respond. Processing depends on the request: taking steps toward a contract where you ask about services, or our legitimate interest in answering other correspondence. Do not send payment credentials, card details or sensitive customer records.
Hosting, security and cookies
The site is hosted on our Hetzner infrastructure and delivered through Cloudflare. These providers process technical information to host, deliver and secure requests. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies depending on the request and its protections. Its privacy notice explains its global processing and transfer safeguards. We do not add analytics, advertising pixels, embedded social widgets or externally loaded fonts to this prelaunch site.
Storage and retention
The public website does not create customer accounts, accept payments or store submissions. Technical server logs rotate in size-limited files and are not used to build advertising profiles. Correspondence is retained for the time needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations. Security-provider retention follows the relevant provider configuration and policies.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or your competent supervisory authority. Rights depend on the circumstances and legal conditions.
Changes and external links
Links to documentation and other sites take you to their own privacy practices. Customer accounts, sales or additional tracking will require updated notices before being introduced. This notice describes this public prelaunch site, rather than every service operated by Wideview Entertainment.
